US District Judge Timothy Batten has set a December 7th hearing for Sidney Powell’s lawsuit which encourages independent experts to review Domionin voting machines that were used in Georgia during the 2020 Election.

The hearing follows Batten’s order barring three counties from wiping data from voting machine-data. Powell’s lawsuit pointed to statistical anomalies that came to light after experts reviewed Fulton County results. The hearing is set to work around various issues regarding the jurisdiction of the voting machines and the timing of the upcoming Senate runoff elections.

The hearing was established after several concerning events have occurred in regards to Dominion servers, election worker activities, and how votes were tabulated.
