One of their assertions gave employers the ability to require their employees to get the new COVID vaccine before being allowed to work. This, once again, calls into question the constitutionality of China-Virus restrictions.

The fact of the matter is that we are already hearing that this vaccine is not going to change the current pandemic climate. They are saying that Americans should continue to wear masks and social distance because it’s unknown if the vaccine prevents you from spreading the virus.

Many have seen restrictions as having infringed on constitutional rights and as playing the main role in the loss of jobs and businesses. With the guidance of the EEOC being clear, businesses will have the ability to mandate employees to receive the China Virus vaccine. Granted, employers must provide reasonable accommodations that allow for employees to receive the vaccinations. But, ultimately, an employer can “exclude” an employee from the workplace if not being vaccinated poses a risk to themselves or others.
