A campaign advisor for President Donald Trump has opened up about some of the currently ongoing litigation in Wisconsin. Boris Epshteyn told WarRoomPandemic “I don’t want to get ahead of what we are going to do in actual legal action.”

The campaign advisor went on to say that the legal action will address the situation of people in Wisconsin being allowed to vote without identification. They were allowed to vote by absentee ballot without any photo ID because they used the pandemic to declare “indefinite confinement.”

When the Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected Trump’s lawsuit to overturn the state’s presidential election results, they ruled that public health restrictions were not valid reasons to claim ‘indefinite confinement status.’ These voters made up 28,000 ballots and could have attributed to former Vice President Joe Biden’s narrow 20,000 vote lead. Because the State’s Supreme Court ruled that these votes were illegal, they should be identified and thrown out immediately.

“Then we will push for court action on that,” Epshteyn said. “Also vitally important is for the state legislature to investigate that misuse, that abuse, that election fraud, ” he said. “Don’t forget, that’s only 20,000 votes difference between President Trump and Joe Biden in Wisconsin.”
