Tim Murtaugh, a Trump campaign spokesman, pushed back against Washington Post’s assertion that the lawsuits and allegations over voter fraud have been scaled back saying, “Our lawsuit in Pennsylvania absolutely sill makes an issue of the 682,479 mail-in and absentee ballots that were counted in secret.”

The Post had reported Trump attorneys filed a new complaint “removing allegations that election officials violated the Trump campaign’s constitutional rights by limiting the ability of their observers to watch votes being counted.”

Mr. Murtaugh characterized the story as a, “Complete mischaracterization of the Trump campaign’s litigation…”

President Trump’s campaign admitted that the complaint was changed to “rely on claims of violations of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S.Constitution.” The campaign went on to note, these changes do include the ballots that were not able to be observed by poll watchers.
