In what Giuliani called a “Big win for honest elections,” an Antrim County, Michigan judge has approved audits for 22 Dominion machines. This is the first official audit of its kind, which specifies a forensic audit of machines made by Dominion.

The approval follows allegations, made by GOP, that the Michigan Secretary of State had ordered counties to “delete Electronic Poll Book software and associated files.” While the Secretary of State asserted that this is a normal procedure, many in the GOP view the timing of this request to have been made poorly, particularly when GOP was actively calling for audits of the machines.

Testifying in Michigan on Wednesday, Giuliani had asked lawmakers to examine the evidence and see if claims of manipulation and fraud were true, saying “You shouldn’t decide anything based on what I believe.”
