In a surprising turn of events, late last night the US District Judge Timothy Batten Sr, issued a third order, declaring that the defendants would be allowed to respond by 5:00 pm on Dec. 2 to the plaintiffs who are seeking to inspect Dominion voting systems. The order was issued after the original complaint was amended to include what the judge considers to be relevant counties.
The order states that the defendants are “enjoined and restrained from altering, destroying or erasing or allowing the alteration, destruction or erasure of, any software or data on any Dominion voting machine in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee counties.”
In addition to forcing the state to not tamper with the Dominion voting machines, the Judge ordered the defendants to, “promptly produce to plaintiffs a copy of the contract between the state and Dominion.
