The Supreme Court of Arizona has agreed to hear a challenge to the 2020 election results, specifically in Maricopa County. The challenge, brought forward by Kelli Ward, the state’s Republican Party Chair, was dismissed by a lower court on Friday.
It is unconfirmed of when the hearing will take place. However, the challenge revolves around a small selection of ballots that Kellie had inspected and found irregularities.
The votes separating Biden and Trump are 10,457, which is within .3 percent or the total vote.
