On Friday, Sidney Powell told Newsmax that there’s still time. State’s usually have until December 8 to resolve problems related to the Electoral College and their votes. This is called a “safe harbor” deadline.
According to Powell, “we have at least until December 14,” which happens to be the Electoral College vote date. In regards to the flexibility of this timeline, Powell said, “These are massive fraud suits that can set aside the results of the election due to this fraud at any time. The states should not be certifying election results in the face of it,” Powell said.
A hearing in Georgia is set for December 7th, to go over a lawsuit that seeks to have Dominion voting machines examined. This hearing was set by Judge Batten after the lawsuit was dismissed by an appellate court last week.
