A Nevadan judge has agreed to hear from GOP representatives regarding voter fraud in the state. First Judicial District Court Judge James Russell has set a December 3rd hearing date. The hearing is projected to review evidence prepared by the Trump Campaign leagal team.
The hearing is limited to 15 possible depositions, in which witnesses will provide testimony pointing toward potential election fraud. The complaint is said to be narrowly-focused, mainly concerning Clark County and the voting machines used there.
The complaint that was filed does not contain the primary evidence that will be reviewed. According to a Trump Campaign lawyer, evidence will be presented in the form of depositions presented to the judge. Regarding the type of testimony we can expect to hear, attorney Jesse Binnall said, “We will have whistleblower testimony showing that overnight, the disks that were used to hold votes would magically have votes appear and reappear on the same desk.”
From what we know about the upcoming hearing, the evidence to be presented is aligned with countless tales of widespread voter fraud. Due to the significance of Nevada in the Presidential election, conservatives should keep these developments on their radar.
